Introducing Variable Data!

ThePaperWorker supports Variable Data / Bulk Personalization / Text Merge!

Now you can make a quantity of your favorite custom product and personalize each to have different text.

Examples:

• 80 custom binders for a meeting or seminar, each personalized with the attendee's name
• 40 custom gift favor boxes for a kid's birthday, each personalized with the guest's name
• 25 custom wine boxes for corporate gifting, each personalized with the business name of the valued customer
• 12 custom recipe binders for the cooks in your family, each personalized with the family member's name

How does it work?   It's easy – we do it for you! 

• Just customize your product online as you would for 1 single piece 
• In the area you want the Variable Data Text Merge to happen, type "Insert Text" in your preferred color, font, and font size 
• Proceed to Checkout
• At Checkout, select 'Variable Data / Bulk Personalization' and enter your desired Quantity
• Shortly after you Checkout, a team member will email you with instructions to submit your Variable Data via email
• ThePaperWorker will handle the rest!

A few things to remember:

• Your Quantity should match your Variable Data submission. If you order 50 binders with Variable Data and each binder will print a different name, your data should have 50 names. 
• Your Excel file with data: each name should be in its own row, and each FULL name as you want it to appear should be in 1 cell.  Don't separate First Name, Last Name, etc -- just enter each name as you want it printed per cell. 
• Font type: certain fonts are not compatible with Variable Data. A team member will advise you if your selection is not compatible, and advise a compatible font.  The font 'Simple Script' is offered on ThePaperWorker but not supported for Variable Data so please do not select 'Simple Script' for your variable text.  Products designed offline and uploaded will be reviewed for font compatibility.  We'd be happy to test your favorite font for compatibility for you before you submit your order, just give us a shout!   
• Font size: your customized product will tell us the font size you prefer. Your Variable Data will likely include some entries with few characters, and others with many characters. Font size will be decreased for those data entries with excessive characters, so that the data will fit your product. 
• Turnaround: your estimated turnaround begins when you submit your Variable Data in approved format, not when you submit your initial order. 
• ThePaperWorker cannot promise a certain 'sequence' to how your personalized products will be packed. We cannot honor requests to pack alphabetically or in any other order.
